Welcome to Narralogue. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Narralogue website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Narralogue
Narralogue is operated by ELIX TECH ENTERPRISE ("Narralogue", "we", "us", or "our").
Narralogue provides interactive literary experiences, including the Spectator Literature format, which allows readers to engage with AI-generated character dialogue while preserving the underlying literary work.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts
Certain features require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.
4. AI-Generated Content
Narralogue uses artificial intelligence to generate character dialogue, responses, and related content.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected responses.
Narralogue does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
AI-generated responses are provided for entertainment, educational, and literary purposes only.
5. Spectator Literature Experience
Narralogue presents literary works in an interactive format.
Reader interactions do not alter the canonical text of the underlying literary work.
Character responses are generated as interpretive literary interactions and should not be regarded as authoritative statements of the original author or work.
6. User Contributions
Users may submit messages, prompts, comments, and other content through the Service.
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting content to Narralogue, you grant Narralogue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and use such content as necessary to operate the Service.
You represent that your submitted content does not violate applicable law or the rights of any third party.
7. Wisp Feature
Narralogue may display anonymized excerpts of reader-character interactions through features such as Wisps.
Wisps are displayed without account names, email addresses, or other direct personal identifiers.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that eligible interactions may be selected for anonymous display within the platform.
Users may request removal of their own Wisps through available account tools or by contacting Narralogue.
Narralogue reserves the right to review, select, edit, remove, or decline any Wisp submission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service.
- Submit harmful, unlawful, abusive, or malicious content.
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary system components except where permitted by law.
9. Intellectual Property
Narralogue, its software, branding, logos, interface designs, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Public-domain literary works remain in the public domain. Narralogue claims no ownership over public-domain texts.
Narralogue retains all rights in its software, platform features, user interface, and original materials.
10. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees, billing intervals, and available plans will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Narralogue may modify subscription offerings, pricing, or features upon reasonable notice.
11. Suspension and Termination
Narralogue may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or if use of the Service presents legal, security, or operational risks.
Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narralogue disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narralogue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
Narralogue's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Narralogue during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Changes to These Terms
Narralogue may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
